How it works for families
- Tell us what you needPick the types of care, the shifts, your language, the hours and your budget. We don't ask for medical details.
- Agencies send you offersOnly agencies that provide every type of care you listed can respond, and no more than three do. Each one sends you a short message.
- You chooseCompare the offers and choose one agency. Only then is your name and contact information shared, and only with the agency you choose.
You can also browse the directory by city, type of care and language, and read reviews written by families who chose each agency.

- Types of care provided, languages spoken and price range
- License number, insurance status and years in operation
- Background check and training policy
- Caregiver consistency and service response time
- Reviews from families who chose the agency through CareDirectory
Agency details are self-reported by each agency and are not independently verified by CareDirectory. We encourage you to ask agencies for proof of license and insurance.
For agencies: reach families who are ready to choose care
Start with a free 30-day trial. During the trial your full profile is listed, and you can see the family requests that match the care you provide. After the trial you stay listed as a Basic listing at no charge.
To respond to requests, you subscribe to Featured and use response credits. One credit sends one response.
